By using the OKLUP platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

Platform: OKLUP’s software and services.

Customer: User of the Platform.

Merchant of Record: UPLEF FZ-LLC.

Reseller: OKLUP PVT LTD.

3. Merchant of Record Framework

UPLEF FZ-LLC manages payments, taxes, refunds, and compliance.

3.2 Responsibilities

• Payment processing
• Chargeback handling
• Tax compliance
• Regulatory management

4. Account Registration

Provide accurate information and maintain account security.

5. License Grant

You receive a non-exclusive license to use OKLUP during your subscription.

6. Customer Obligations

• Follow laws
• No disruption/harmful activity
• No reverse engineering
• No illegal content

7. Financial Terms

Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Invoices issued via UPLEF FZ-LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

UPLEF owns the platform technology. You own your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

OKLUP liability capped to 6 months of subscription fees.

10. Termination

Your access ends immediately after termination.

11. Governing Law

Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
