OKLUP acts as intermediary; UPLEF decides refund approvals.

3. Refund Principles

  • Digital services are generally non-refundable after access.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime. Service continues until billing cycle ends.

4.2 Annual

Full refund possible only within the first 14 days.

  • Duplicate charges
  • Service not as described
  • Unauthorized transactions
